As per the schedule Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is all set to conduct the exam for the engineering aspirant’s i.e JEE main and advance in the next year for the academic session 2014-15.
As earlier there existed two separate exams for the admissions in the government engineering colleges at the national level those of IITs and NITs but the rule has been changed.
Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) is been taken from the previous year for the admissions in the undergraduate courses in the IITs and NITs. It is conducted in two phases namely JEE Mains and JEE Advance. Candidates who get selected in the JEE Mains are qualified for the JEE Advance and after going through this exam candidates acquire All India Rank (AIR). On its behalf they are allotted the seat in the colleges.

As per the latest information coming out of the CBSE Candidates are hereby informed that the forms for the JEE mains 2014 would be made available for the students in the second week of November 2013. The information regarding the brochure will be made available for the students as soon as it is declared by the CBSE.
Candidates will have to start filling their application forms online from the second week of December on the official website to get enrolled for the exam which is scheduled in the April month of the next year. JEE Online application procedure 2014 – Instructions
Candidates would have to apply for the exam through the official website. First one must log in to the account of the JEE Mains and must provide the correct details in the space provided in the form. Then a recent passport size photograph has to be scanned with a signature on its top and must be uploaded in the form. Recheck it before its final submission and keep a copy with you. Then a prescribed amount of sum has to be paid which could be made through credit/debit cards or with net banking. Various other sources are readily available for the mode of payment towards JEE 2014.
