CBSE AIPMT 2014 Exam Date Announced
Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) as per its schedule is all set to conduct the exam for All India Pre Medical Entrance Test (AIPMT) for the academic session 2014-2015.
Students must be eagerly waiting for the dates to be announced of the competitive exam held every year for the admissions in the medical colleges. Like every year this year also a large number of students are expected to sit in the examination and the level examination is also expected to be rise in the wake of tough competition.
CBSE AIPMT 2014 Exam Dates
Students preparing for medical entrance test are here by informed that the CBSE in its latest revelation has announced the date for the conduct of the exams in the next year.
As per the decision of the Supreme court CBSE will conduct an exam for AIPMT next year which is scheduled to be held on 4th May 2014 thereby enabling the board to fill 15 percent seats in government medical/dental colleges.
It is worth remembering here that CBSE in its earlier decision had decided to conduct the exam for the medical students seeking admissions in the government colleges at the national level or the state level in a combined exam named as NEET-UG but Supreme Court in its decision directed the CBSE to hold the exam as per the earlier schedule which would be beneficial for the students.
Regarding the centres CBSE has decided to hold the examination all over India except in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir due to the disturbances prevailing there of various reasons.
CBSE AIPMT Entrance Exam Pattern 2014
The entrance exam will be held for only one sitting in which the paper will consist of 180 questions from the subjects Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology.
There will be an equal distribution among the questions with regard to subjects that is 45 questions from each subject.
As notified earlier by the Medical Council of India the syllabus remains the same for AIPMT as of NEET-UG.
