CBSE Reschedule Physics 12th Exam 2014 after Paper Leak

Amidst doubt of many class 12th CBSE students for the authenticity of the news of Physics paper leak has now been confirmed by CBSE. To bring the guilty to book CBSE has sought the help of police by filing FIR as early the news was confirmed.

The Physics exam which was conducted on 5th March 2014 had its paper leaked in Imphal (Manipur state) by some miscreants. Many of the students are having doubt in their mind about the validity of Physics exam after the paper leak. Vineet Joshi, Chairman of Central Board of Secondary Education has already confirmed the news by filing an FIR with police. All the three sets of the Physics paper was leaked in Manipur and many of the students bought it worth Rs 3000 to Rs 5000.

CBSE 12th Physics Paper 2014 Leaked

The CBSE 12th board Physics paper has already landed in a controversy after the chairman Vineet Joshi confirmed the news of paper leak.

According to the official sources the paper leaked in Imphal were carbon copies of the original ones which were then sold to the students at price of Rs 3000 – Rs 5000 prior to examination on March 5th.

The matter was worsened by local newspaper in Imphal “The Daily” uploading the leaked papers on the internet. Many of the students from not only Imphal but from outside of the state who got the information of leak were benefitted by the move.

The incident created an outrage in the students after the matter came to light. As per now the Physics examination held at various centres in the state of Manipur on March 5th now stands cancelled.

The culprit is identified as Hueiyen Lanpao who leaked the paper to students for Rs 3000 – Rs 5000.

As previously mentioned that the Physics exam conducted by CBSE in the state of Manipur has now been cancelled, it will be reorganized for the students of only Manipur region on Wednesday April 2nd 2014.

It must be noted by the candidates that the re-examination is only for the students of Manipur region and not for outside candidates who appeared for the examination.

It is well expected that some problems are ought to be created by the students from outside Manipal citing reasons for the possible advantage of the students who downloaded the leaked papers from the internet.

It is well known that CBSE is the largest educational board in the country with 12 lakhs students appearing in the 12th board exams. A high drama is expected in the coming time over the issue.
